Soak up some sun on the beach at Cape San Blas, Windmark Beach, Saint Joe Beach, or Mexico Beach. Walk along the shoreline and collect all kinds of shells or ride your bike along the scenic bike paths of Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach. You can fish off the pier or charter a boat for snorkeling or a fishing trip. CANCELLATION: In the event that you must cancel, change dates or switch properties, please note that refunds will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in the Guest Rental Agreement for each property.

Deposit Policy
Half of the total for your rental is due at the time of booking your reservation and includes all fees and taxes. Our "Standard Policy" requires the balance due to be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival, however, some of our properties may require the balance to be paid in full 45 days prior to your arrival. If Damage Protection Insurance is declined, then the refundable $1500 Damage Protection Deposit will also be due at the time the balance of the rental is due. These payments may be made by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
